Preparing for your day of cleaning

Prepare for you day of cleaning by reading the checklist below and reviewing our terms and conditions. The checklist will help our technicians perform their jobs seamlessly and will help you rest easy knowing all the bases are covered.

  • Close all doors and windows tightly. We don’t want water getting into your home.
  • Remove all items from areas being cleaned, including door mats, exterior decor, and potted plants.
  • If cleaning windows, please remove all belongings from sills and move all furniture away from windows being cleaned.
  • If house washing, please push all items 10 feet away from the side of the home. Please cut any bushes, trees, or shrubs back that may be against the home.
  • Please bring in fur babies along with their food and water bowls.
  • We will need a functional water source that we can easily access. Please make sure one is available for use.
  • Please remain indoors during services. We understand you are genuinely excited about the services, but we need you to stay indoors for insurance purposes.
  • You may choose to not be home at the time of service.
  • Please make arrangements to pay for services upon completion. Our service technicians will take payment upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
  • Checks should be make out to 4 Seasons SoftWash.

Our General Terms & Conditions

4 Seasons SoftWash operates at the highest standards possible and our goal is to leave your home in better shape than we we arrived. With all due diligence, we will always strive to do our best and work to resolve any and all issues. In some certain cases, we cannot be held liable.

4 Seasons SoftWash is not liable for any of the following conditions or situations:

  • Pre-existing damages to windows, frames, siding, sills, or screens, including but not limited to: oxidized frames, sills, or screens; torn, bent, or loose screens; cracked or damaged glass, or damaged door or windows seals; scratches, scrapes, etc.
  • Previous damage to surfaces such as pavers, concrete, stonework, brick, and tile.
  • Oxidation on vinyl or metal siding. This can be removed for an additional charge. Please call for details.
  • Previous damage to gutters, downspouts, and drains.
  • Previous clogged drains or poor drainage.
  • Previous damage to gutter guards and/or covers.
  • Loose hangers, rotted or broken fascia, or other pitch- and fastener-related gutter issues.
  • Water damage from pre-existing poor drainage, clogged drains, or broken window or door seals.
